Heavy Squats and Deads at Iron Vault

We took a trip down to Iron Vault in Scarsdale, NY. I hit a 390 squat and John hit a 435 deadlift. If you guys are ever in the northeast or near NYC I highly recommend you check this gym out. Great culture and a better group of guys
